I'd recently purchased the USB type-C adapter which leads me to purchase a powerbank which can charge up my Surface Pro (2017) on the go. Any recommendation? As of now this is the model i am looking at and i do believe the PD feature with the USB-C output may meet the charging input for my device? Need advise here. Thanks.

While I would would pay the $99, the 35,000 amp rating makes it over the legal limits for airplanes. I think the original poster was asking whether you could go:

USB C Compatible Power Bank==> USB C Adapter => Surface
