pro 3 does not shut down with mouse have use power button

hello all
pro 3 does not shut down with mouse it just reboots have to use power button to shut pro3 down.
tried many internet suggestions none worked! Running win 10 pro that was upgraded from win 8.1

fast boot
turned off all devices power optons
ran win 10 troubleshoot
ran file checker
win 10 Pro up to date
reset registry logon bit from 0 to 1
etc etc

anyone else having this issue

This just happened to me this morning, but the Start/Power worked to put it in hibernate so I went off to work and when I started it up it came out of hibernate and then promptly shut down. So the shut down was still queued up as soon as it came out of hibernate.

Haven't tried it since but will post again if it remains a problem.
