Problem with Jack & In-ear headphones

Hi all !

Recently, I bought some new in-ear headphones (Beyerdynamic DX 160 iE), and I discovered something really annoying when I'm connecting them to my Surface Pro 2. I can hear a little electric noise, which can be stopped if I touch a metallic part of the Surface Pro. This problem only occurs when the Surface is electrically connected.
I tried to connect a external soundcard (Steinberg UR-22) to see if the problem was always here, and... Yes.

So I started to think this was coming from my headphones, but I tried many others devices, and no problems. So I tried to connect a middle quality audio headset to the Surface Pro, and the problem was also here but not so audible (this surely differs with the headphones/headset style).

Is there any way to stop this annoying problem ? Am I the only one with this issue ? Do I need to change my charger ?
Thank you !
