putting nano usb into surface 6

i cant seem to fit my nano usb head into the surface pro 6 usb port...am i just being dumbass?

it partially goes in...dont wanna force it

Be careful. Find some other USB female slot to test your Nano in. And find some other USB male device or cable to test your SP6 slot.
Yes, sounds like an obstruction, if you don't have it upside down.
