Restarted on Diagnostic Mode with Windows Hello, now I cannot log in

Pretty much what the title says....I am trying to troubleshoot a mis-installed program and was advised to reboot in diagnostic mode.

Problem is, I have the windows hello on, and since it restarted in diagnostic mode with the cameras off, it cannot "see" my face. But it also doesn't go to PIN or password entry screen! I am stuck and cannot log-in.

Any help guys? Is there a trick to restart in normal mode or do I need to smash the SB and get an Ipad?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum

Is what you call diagnostic mode "safemode"? Can't you swipe up on the screen?

It is the second option when you run msconfig.exe under startup selection...I actually dont know the difference, just following instructions from troubleshooting email.

What is supposed to happen if I swipe up? It just says I need to enter PIN, but doesn't go into the PIN entry box...

I was trying to do a clean install of Manga Studio. But I think it is a Windows 10 problem since I have uninstalled Manga Studio already and was going to re-install it in Diagnostic mode.
