I'd like to see MS provide an easy view of the current OS version installed on my RT. Settings - Change PC Settings - General - Current OS version

Command prompt, type VER

Or you can us the Desktop App, by just typing Winver from the Start Screen...also if you want more data, type msinfo32 to get the System Information Application. Not all of the sections are applicable to the ARM Architecture though.

I was hoping for a simple solution available in Settings or maybe even a version number in the upper left corner of the lock screen...

runs on the Desktop
