Screen Flicker While Using Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Been having a pretty bizarre problem while playing Microsoft Solitaire. During gameplay, the screen dims and brightens quickly, as though Auto Brightness is on and having a conniption fit (I have Auto Brightness off to conserve battery). Haven't been able to find any talk about this issue elsewhere.
Has anyone had this problem or might know of a possible culprit?

Welcome to the forum. Auto brightness is the first culprit particularly when people then realize they are holding the tablet over the sensor (next to the camera). If you have that turned off though, the next issue that has been discussed is having the screen brightness too low. If your brightness is way down try turning it up a little at a time and see if it helps.
