Solved Screenshot then edit with pen?

I am sure this is simple and I am just not seeing how to do it in metro.

I take a screenshot and / or want to edit an existing photo using the pen to draw, write, circle or annotate on it.

I know I can do it in OneNote but that does not save the image. As far as I can tell it saves it as a OneNote document.. I can't find a way to do it in the Photos app..

How on earth is this done?

Ya I tried that and it does work. Paint in desktop also works but is there no metro mode / app option?

Thanks

Yeah I really hope Microsoft updates the Snipping Tool to work outside of the desktop. It is an absolute must-have utility on the SP3, IMO.
