screenshots problem with pen

i double click bottom of pen and screenshot taken but it dose not attached in one note and i have not any screenshots folder in my pictures folder:| i update sp3 to last updastes:|Once you double click the purple button, the screen will look faded and you have to use the pen to select the area that you want to copy.
Once you do that, OneNote should open up with the selected area in a new note.
If you don't select any area, the whole screenshot is still saved to the clipboard and if you go to Word or something like that and CTRL-V, it will paste the screen shot from the clipboard.
