Slow rotation of Screen

Hi, I an experiencing very slow screen rotation when changing from Portrait to Landscape or Vice versa

What happens is that the screen goes black and then shows the screen smaller but in the same orientation, then goes black again and then finally changes orientation. Total Time: 4 sec.

Have called Support and the next thing they want me to try is a system reset. I have everything the way I want it, so I would rather not do that. Has anyone had this issue and is there a solution or am I looking at a device replacement?

Before you do a "replacement" better try a "refresh"

Try uninstalling the display driver (without deleting the files).

Unfortunately it didn't change the Speed of rotation. On boot and on black screens I an noting Some light blued on all 4 Corners ad the bottom center.

Is that cause for replacement ?

Try refreshing the unit first. It maybe something that you installed, like a Virtual Machine player or something that changes the display driver configuration.
