SP3 Portable power question

I bought one of these Intocircuit Power Bank pcastle26000 along with a XIEMIN portable charger cable (has the exact little magnetic power connector that the SP3 uses on its side), but the other end of the XIEMIN cable is just a two conductor connector (as far as I can see). I also noticed that the power converter (mini-brick) that the SP3 uses says "Output: 12V - 2.58A, 5V - 1A". So how does the two-conductor cable provide both levels of voltage, or does the SP3 not really need the one of the two to charge?

Oh....))))

Output: 12V - 2.58A, 5V - 1A"

12V, 2.58A = surface charging cable
5V, 1A = usb port on power supply, for charging your phone, etc...

If I understand your response Olvrick, you are saying that the SP3 only needs the 12v input. If that is correct (I want to be sure that we both understand the question and the answer), then what are the other contacts for on the SP3 charging cable?
