Surface 3 Box

Hello, I don't have an official retailer in my country, so I want to ask here.
I noticed that on eBay there are three types of surface boxes.
First on is traditional grey with Microsoft Surface 3 written on it.
The second one is the same, but with windows 10 sticker on it.
And the third one is white with the picture of the tablet on it.

I want to ask about the last one, is it new devices or refurbished, and when this devices were manufactured.

I got a new one last week . It came in the white box with the picture of the tablet on it .
