SURFACE BOOK 2 PHOTOSHOP ISSUES

whenever i use any tool, like say the brush, it grabs the screen and moves it instead doing what its suppose to. adobe tech support was ZERO help so i went to a microsoft store and the best they could tell me was its an issue with a recent update and that need to WAIT FOR A FIX!!!!. seeing has how i use this machine for only one thing its become a $2k paperweight reset the surface, reinstalled two different versions of PS and still the same problem. the issues with the pen only seem to affect PS and google chrome...go figure. help
