Surface pen isn't working with Chrome

This started a couple months ago if I remember correctly. All of a sudden, my Surface pen stopped playing nicely with Chrome. I can navigate between tabs and scroll, but if I try to hit a link with my pen, nothing happens. I can navigate just fine with my trackpad, but there are some things I like to use my pen for, and now I can't.

Everything functions perfectly on Edge, fwiw, I just prefer Chrome for some sites. Any ideas about what could be going on?

Google Chrome just got a new update. 60.0.3112.78

I had this problem too on my SP4 but it seems to be fixed.

I actually downloaded chrome canary build to get this fixed today. Didn't see an update for chrome stable today though. I'm still at 59 something.
