Surface Pro 3 keyboard please help-me!!!

Hi everyone!!! If possible I really need your help!!!

The keyboard of my Surface Pro -3 doesn't work anymore, I was thinking it was a problem of the keyboard in itself so I bought another one, but the problem still remain...


Anything I can do?

Any setting of the device that can help? How can I understand if it's something I can manage here without the official assistance?

i've got the exact same problem for 1 year now and still no way i can put mine to work......






it would be great someone could give a solution that worked......

There are many threads on this forum concerning this problem.
My keyboard stopped working on my SP3 although it worked on other SPs, a new keyboard which worked on others, didn't work on mine.
My fix was to take it to a Microsoft store where they verified the above and they gave me a new SP3.
