Ive been having a lot of trouble with my surface lately, it's been failing to configure updates and has recently started telling me to activate Windows which it then doesn't let me do. I contacted Microsoft about this and they gave me a link to download a usb recovery drive. I haven't had a chance to use it however as my surface has now been stuck on this image for 72 hours is there any way to fix this?
