Surface pro 3 stuttering

Ugh, changing the resolution seemed to work. Sliding the bar around resulted in 2 weeks of okayish performence... But its back again; netflix has some serious stuttering in it. Its like the cpu isn't powerful enough...

Check your log for errors. I have had various driver crashes (wireless, video, etc) and when that happens everything is paused.
