Surface Pro 3 Windows 10 update

I’ve been trying to get in touch with your support department for the last six months but nobody answers my messages, so I hope it works this time.

I own a Surface Pro 3 which worked very well until a Windows 10 update seems to have scrapped the unit completely since all I get when I turn it on is the SURFACE screen and then SETUP.

No matter what I do in SETUP and restart I always get back to the same screens.

Please inform me how to proceed to get repair in Canada

Alternatively you could try installing afresh off a bootable USB.

It's been tried but it still doesn't work. I guess the only solution is trying to reach Microsoft Canada
