System Interrupts high CPU - audio driver fault?

The Jason bug resurrected again.
Windows Update reinstalled the buggy Realtek drivers.
This means that Control Panel/System/Advanced System Settings/Hardware/Device Installation Settings/No doesn't work.
I will try other ways to prevent installation of device drivers and then I will post my findings.
Try removing the drivers, unplug the power and turn on Battery Saver which prevent updates from downloading.
Run Windows Update then Hide the Diver updates using this tool
Microsoft releases tool to hide or block unwanted Windows 10 updates | ZDNet
or this Script Windows Update PowerShell Module

Today I got a system firmware update on my Surface Pro 3.
I hope it related to System Interrupts high CPU caused by microphone.

Those updates did not fix the problem for me, but hoangtran's suggestion to turn ON "Hey Cortana" did! As soon as I setup Cortana, and then also turned on the Hey Cortana option the CPU usage dropped to a normal level. As soon as you disable "Hey Cortana", then the CPU usage goes up again to 20-30%.
