I've got a i5/256g surface book with gpu, the back of the screen gets hot even when I'm just watching some videos on youtube. It's not extremely hot, but I still fill concerned and uncomfortable with this.

Does anyone have similar issue? Is it normal?

My i7 512 has been running all day, maximum brightness, no sleep. Not hot. Just barely warm.

Bare in no d that it's a new device. First day or so it is do I g a lot of work in the background.

But yes. You have a cpu behind d the screen so it will pro ably get warm, much like any device with a cpu.

The Core m3 isn't as cool as a cumber but so far I have not noticed any overly warm sensations it seems uniformly comfortably tepid. :)
