Interesting. The i7-6600u is listed as having Intel® HD Graphics 520 GPU which I don't believe is listed as Iris Graphics. I only mention this because I read in a preview that the i7 SP4 would support Iris.
I read a lot of reviews with more mistakes than I can ever recall, even fell for a couple of them. ;) must be that new age mantra fail fast. :)

That's what I get for believing what I read on the Internet. ;)

I'll correct it when I get better intel.

What is the IRIS 540 compare to? Trying to see how bad Fallout 4 will run. :)
Min:
NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent
Recomended:
NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent

Is the IRIS far off from either?

these chips have just been released and there's not a single benchmark to go by on this graphics implementation yet.

Just from a cost standpoint I'm pretty sure they aimed far lower than Ti or full GTX. It will be a mobile version of whatever it is.

I'm going to find graphics performance benchmark interesting seeing that the new Skylake processors with Iris includes 64 MB of eDRAM. That should help tighten the performance gap with dedicated solutions. Kudo's to Microsoft for going this route.
