After reading through this tread here though, I think I don't have the right drivers or something. I have played at the lowest possible settings, disabling all the eye candy and dropping to 800x600 and it still is unbearable.
I only have the drivers loaded that come from MS... and I'm up to date.
I think Q.U.B.E uses the Unreal Engine so I can't figure out how the OP, Pochowandpoch, was able to run UT3 at those FPS...?

I'm using stock display drivers from Windows Update and tried the Q.U.B.E. demo. Runs absolutely fine at 1080p and all effects on except antialiasing. Something's messing up your Surface Pro 2 unless the final version of the game is worse than the demo.
