Unable to solve Windows 10 issue!

Hello, friends. What's up? I want to start off by saying that I'm new to this forum and that this is also my first post. I anticipated that I could get better advice from you. Guys, I have two issues with my two laptops. The first issue is that Windows 10 keeps getting stuck during reset. Another is that I am unable to lower the CPU and GPU usage while playing games. After several tries, I gave it my best shot, but the problem remained. Can you assist me in any way? However, I conducted a Google search and discovered several solutions (Link Removed by Moderator) to my initial problem. Can I use the techniques described there? Thank you.

As for the Windows 10 reset issue, try some of the solutions you found in your Google search, but be cautious about downloading anything from unknown sources. It's always better to be safe than sorry about potential malware. Also, if you need a Windows 10 key, there are plenty of websites out there that offer cheap windows 10 key.
