+1 for being very satisfied with the SP3. I'm on my second unit now due to a failure in the touch screen on my first unit, but with the recent firmware updates, it works like a dream now. The fan barely turns on now and has been rock solid. The early adopters like myself had to bear through the early WiFi and fan issues, but now everything has been super smooth.

I'm still totally loving my SP3... as others have said above, best computing device I've ever owned, so versatile and slick, smooth and fuss free, I can't imagine not having a tablet/PC again!
