Which firmware for Windows 10 Enterprise?

I have 2 SP3 pro's. One was in the preview program so I received all the firmware updates. The other is not. I assumed I could not just throw Windows 10 on there. I was going to just unstall the base driver pack and let Windows update do the rest. Do I need to flash the firmware first on the one running Windows 8.1?

I'll take a look at the FW I'm using after my system finishes updating as I was pushed an update, build 10532. I thought Enterprise builds were done but seems we're still getting updates.
