Why Does My Desktop Photo Keeps Dissapearing?

I find that for some reason, my desktop photo keeps disappearing when I start up up my SP2. I simply get a solid black background with my desktop icons on it. It seems that this problem occurs more often if I have totally "shut down" the SP2, than if it had been just put to "sleep". Is there a fix here? (All right, I know, don't shut down.. but other than that.)

It is a recent bug, no reason to reboot, you can fix it by restarting Windows Explorer from the Task Manger....

I guess I'm just dumb, but I cannot find "Windows Explorer" here on my SP2. How do you go about this?

Open Up Task Manager select More Details scroll until you see the Process, right click and select restart

This has been normal behaviour since I can remember... so much so that I thought it was actually meant to do this, perhaps not then?

Anyway, I simply hit enter and it goes into my desktop that might be helped by having the desktop tile in the top left position though, so that hitting enter activates it.
