Windows Hello and Domain login

Facial recognition works great for coming out of lock, but isn't working for a domain login.
The camera works fine and recognises my face but then sits there saying hello and not logging in.

It's set to auto logon, but maybe this is only for the lock screen and not for initial login (?) or just doesnt work for a domain login.

Anyone else got this working?

We have Domain Users logging into their devices via Hello without issue....our AD Forest is native all DCs are Server 2012 R2
