Windows Startup problem after Updates

Folks, again another great update from Microsoft!! With another firmware update (many still have hope that some day will fix the surface problems). I don't know when microsoft launched it, but I did today (September 22).

It broke my windows 8.1 in my surface pro 3. So now my windows doesn't startup.

After several attempts to repair the initialization of the system I saw the log on "C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\Srt" and it shows:

Boot critical file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\storahci.sys is corrupt.

Since I don't use system restore points, system startup repairs doesn't work and I don't want to start over on my windows again. Anyone have a idea how to fix it?

I've seen that before but it eventually worked. Your only option (I think) is to use a thumb drive boot of Windows and go to repair from there.

After I did
bcdedit /set {globalsettings} advancedoptions true
I was able to try to start up on safe mode, but the screen just stay blue for a while and restart the surface again.
Yeah I think the options that left for me are to reset or refresh the windows.

Thank for your help
