Very nice! Two questions: (1) Will it also work for the RT? I don't see why not, but a confirmation from the OP would be reassuring! (2) What would be the weight of the case - given that there are multiple magnets? So, what I would like to know is the weight of the case alone and then the weight of the case + RT.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it will work with the RT. I'm currently planning for two versions of the case -- one for Surface RT and Surface 2, and another for the Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2.

The weight of the prototype is about 10 ounces (less than 300 grams, a little more than 1/2 pound). The final version may be lighter.
