Link text colors are very difficult to read on the surface. The same web pages on my laptop are perfectly fine. But on the Surface, they're often unusable if there's any background color other than white. Can I change the default link text?
    colors?

I can provide a screen shot if that would help ... if I'm permitted to upload one here.

You can post a screen shot, however, if you are using IE go to tools - options and you should see a color button bottom left that will allow for some changes. The default is to use Windows color but it can be changes.
