How to hide the surface pro 3 pen cursor

As I write my notes on onenote, the pen cursor appears on where ever l try to write. I need to hide it. If it's not possible just say it please!

It's terrible for artists too. I need to hide it when I'm drawing or sculpting, but there is no system level way that I know of.
