Log on out of standby (unresponsive)

Can't log on from standby. Both options for login are greyed out and the screen doesn't take any input.

Have to switch off via hardware button.

Microsoft support thells me this is a know issue. I should read the KB describtions to determine if the problem is fixed. Cant find them discribtions for Win 10 as i have rolled back to 8.1

Some of the rollbacks haven't exactly gone as planned. Was it doing that before you rolled back? I'm going to make a slight adjustment in your title to better reflect what you said in your post.

No, 8.1 is ok, the problem is with win10!

To clarify: does someone know where to find the KB Knowledge Base descriptions of the Win10 updates in order to check if the issue is solved. If so i can then upgrade to win10.
