    Hi all,
I am frustrated by my inability to figure out how to save web pages for offline reading.

    Is it possible in IE?
Is there another browser I can use?
Is there an app that saves webpages for offline reading?

    Thanks!

I believe this is a new feature in Windows 8.1 that might make the preview a good option for you. I remember reading about it, probably a feature of ie11.

Looks like it is called Reading List and is accessed through the share charm. I'm going to give it a try, might be a better option in some cases than sending to OneNote.
