Using touch coverto measure pressure in a lab experiment

I would like to use the surface touch cover in a lab experiment involving measuring key press pressure. Is it possible to pick up the pressure data using matlab, Eprime or any other software people use to program experiments? Also, what is the range of the pressure measurement and how accurate is it (resolution wise)?
