Video Screen Stutter and Browser Imperfections

Hi, I didn't search for a thread beyond the first page, so please excuse me if it already exists. I have a Surface Pro 4 for about a month, and at first it didn't have this problem. While using Firefox (I haven't tried yet on Edge), the screen has some delays and imperfections when I close a tab or exit full screen view of a Youtube video. A new problem, happening since the firmware update, is that all the videos I watch on Youtube, Streamable, or Gfycat stutter. I'd like to know what I can do to solve it, and if it's a hint for future problems I could prevent or existing problems I'm currently unaware.
