What's the difference between these two usb sticks?

    The more expensive one is USB 3.0, while the cheaper one is USB 2.0.
    3.0 is much faster.

    As an example I changed my Ext hdd caddy from a USB 2 to USB 3 and transfer speeds went from around 20Mbps up to around 80!

    A flash drive should show even more improvement as flash is generally much quicker than a HDD.
