64 GB MicroSDXC Question

Is there any real advantage to formatting the card to NTFS from the standard FAT 32??

I have been doing this for years but have never seen any articles on why you would change it??

NTFS support file sizes over 4GB. FAT32 does not.

Since i've had no trouble and overall positive experiences with exFat on Flash-based-devices, could you give us some detailed explanation on your statement?

No issues there was a very good deal at Amazon Canada $46 dollars for a SanDisk MicroSDXC mobile. It came in yesterday I poped it in and formatted NTFS.
