Charging SP7+ from a power bank

Hello all

Bought my wife an SP7+ for work as it dovetails with her work system better than her old laptop. All works beautifully. But I can’t seem to get a power bank to charge it on the go at all. Have tried various combinations in to the usb-c slot, then using the little SP7 chargers. Is there any guaranteed foolproof way to get this to work or am I missing something?

You need a power bank that supports at least 65W PD over USB C. I use an Anker Power Bank that delivers 100W PD over USB C for my Pro 9 5G.
