Having big trouble Signing in

My surface was bought for me by my son in Australia (I am UK)

He has given me my password & username but they are not working.

It does say 'Other User' next to the spaces but I can't seem to change it.

Call your son and make sure that you have the correct username and password.

If that doesn't work, sign up for a new Microsoft account.



Also, there is a difference between a 'pin' and a 'password' - make sure that you are entering the one it wants
