How can change input language (input keyboard),
Plz help me

For Surface RT:

Use right-swipe to open the search charm and enter "language" into the search field. Select "Settings" on the right side under the search field.

Press "Change input methods."

Then on the right side of the listed default language, press "Options" > "Add an input method"

I haven't actually used any of those settings, so you'll have to fiddle around to see if that's what you need.
