How to define default onscreen display type?

hi,
when I tick an text ox or when I manually open the onscreen display by touching the icon in the lower right corner, the keyboard opens. most time it is the hand qrite detection thing. so i have to manually select the normal keyboard.

is there an option to define which one opens by default?
