i5 128gb question

Might be a stupid question but I'll ask anyway... The Microsoft website says its a 2.9ghz cpu but the control panel says 1.9ghz.. I'm guessing Microsoft website is messed up.. Just making sure I didn't get a surface pro 2 In my pro 3 box lol...

The CPU is an Intel i5 4300U which is a 1.9 to 2.9 (max turbo mode) GHz CPU.
