What Version of XTU are you guys using? I have 5.1.0.23

5.1.0.23 - it seems if the cpu is already warmed up (not hot) the GPU MHz stays at 599.

Ah, yes if we're still in panic mode its still constrained.

So do any of your changes limit the Graphics freq. when starting from cool 49/50C?
