marvell avastar wireless-ac network went missing from device manager

Hello,

Need some help,

I noticed that my surface pro 2017 cannot connect to wifi.

in the device managee, marvell avastar wireless-ac network were not there.. even from the hidden drivers.

Tried reset the surface pro by removing everything menu,still cant get the surfae pro to read wifi devices.

any help?

is this a hardware issue?
