Not Signing into Xbox Live

Just got my surface yesterday. Been spending most of today having fun with it. I ran the music app, but it's saying that it can't sign in. Have an internet connection but it's not signing in to Xbox live.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Without your location, I can only assume you are from the USA and your Region is United States of America, and you have an account. If not, XBox Music is not available in all regions, and may be the cause.
