In Australia, got a service called matesfreight to grab one from Best Buy. Hopefully will arrive tomorrow.
Other technical issues:
Use a VPN to get into the Microsoft Health dashboard;
Change phone region to install requisite applications.

Hopefully I will be able to use this combination effectively and that doing guided workouts, cycling and running all syncs as was designed.
Finally, through the XBOX One fitness app, be able to see progress and history also.
