Owner of a Surface 2

Hi everybody. I am Lucas, a 22 years old boy from France, which can explain the mistakes I may do in english. I'll try to be clear though.
I own a Surface 2 which I appreciate a lot, even though I have a problem with it, which is why I came on this forum. I'm hoping to find an answer to my problem and also to learn how to use my Surface to the fullest by reading your different threads.
