Screen Capture software ( Video )

Hi Guys

Getting a Sp4 this month and am switching from a Mac. I would like to know what is a good software for capturing Video on your desktop?

I am currently using Screenflick on the Mac which is very simple and effective and gives me various export file format options such as mov or Mp4 and the list goes on.

Can someone recommend a couple of software that are similar for my SP4?

I personally like camtasia

Microsoft Orphaned Express Studio 4 (still available for download with a non-expiring eval) and it has a really good screen capture application.

For screen capture I use the built in snipping tool at least once a day.
