select images in lightroom with stylus or touch

Hi,

I love my sp4 for lightroom, but there is one very annoying thing:
In library, I can't select a series of images with stylus or touch interface, only with the physical keyboard

I have been googling for this like crazy but cant find an answer anywhere..

so is it just impossible because lightroom isn't optimized for touch interfaces yet, or am I missing something super obvious?
