use 5Ghz for your WiFi, then it won't disconnect as much

I have had great luck and really like the Surface Arc mouse. Once in a while it doesn't connect right away, but that's rare

Depends upon whether you have a dual-band router or not, or just a straight 5GHz one. If the latter, you're on 5GHz already. If dual-band you should have two different SSIDs, one for the 2.6GHz, one for the 5.2GHz. Attach to the latter.
